This Privacy Policy explains how FreightDeck LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("FreightDeck," "we," "us"), collects and handles information when you use freightdeck.ai and app.freightdeck.ai (the "Service").

What We Collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and name for authentication and account management. We also track basic usage metrics (action counts, last login) to operate and improve the product. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect the billing information needed to process your payment (see "Payments" below).

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. When you subscribe, your payment details (such as card information) are collected and stored by Stripe under Stripe's Privacy PolicyFreightDeck does not store your full card number. We retain limited billing records (e.g., your plan, billing email, and transaction history) for accounting, tax, and account-management purposes.

What We Don't Do

FreightDeck does not associate your search history with your identity. Lane searches, rate checks, and permit estimates are anonymized in our administrative and reporting views. We can see aggregate usage patterns but cannot see which lanes individual users search. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How Your Data Is Handled

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services to run the Service — including authentication and user management, payment processing (Stripe), anonymized usage analytics, and data providers (such as mapping/routing and market-rate sources). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their function. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Account and billing data are retained while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@freightdeck.ai (certain billing records may be retained where law requires).

Your Choices

You can access or update your account information in the app, or request correction or deletion by emailing us. If you no longer wish to use the Service, you may cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time.
